Overview:
Strong QA Automation Engineer with data warehouse experience
Responsibilities:
Should have worked in Data Warehousing/Data Lake projects and understand how to test complex data scenario
Should be good with analyzing the Data scenarios and profile them to maximize test coverage
Ability to perform validations on end to end Mapping between Source, Staging layer and Target
Understand the behaviour of complex data warehousing and business intelligence solutions and apply that knowledge towards testing.
Experience in API testing across tools (Soap API & Postman)
Hands on Experience in SQL and understanding of Stored Procedures is mandatory
Tableau hands-on would be preferable
Java/Python knowledge would be added advantage
Experience with structured and unstructured data and experience working and processing large datasets, and techniques for working with data in volume effectively.
Experience with volume and load testing
JIRA experience will be nice to have
Should have good understanding of the frameworks he/she has worked on
Nice to have:
Hands on automation experience or experience in any automation tools
UNIX experience will be nice to have
Soft skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
